:: Apply for a wholesale account
To register and purchase our soy candles at wholesale prices to sell in your store, please fill out our Wholesale Application. We currently sell to customers in the United States only.

:: First order requirements
Wholesale minimum first-order of $200 is required to receive wholesale prices. Universol Aromas reserves the right to deny any wholesale registration and/or order. Wholesale orders are final; no refunds, no exchanges.

:: Re-order requirements
Orders thereafter require a $75 minimum purchase to receive wholesale prices.
|
|
:: Candle processing times
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days after order is placed.
During the months of September-January, orders may take an additional 7-10 days to process.

:: Wholesale return policy
All wholesale orders are final; no refunds, no exchanges.
Universol Aromas always recommends ordering samples if unsure of scent choices.

:: Incomplete or invalid orders
If you place an order that does not meet the minimums described above, your order will be considered incomplete and will be held for 24 hours. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your order. If we do not receive your completed order within 24 hours, your order will be canceled and your credit card refunded, minus a $10.00 processing fee.

No. If you already have a personal label, we suggest buying our label-free products.

Yes. If you have your own label you would like to use, we suggest buying our label-free products.

No. Our facilities are not open to the public.

:: Do you drop-ship?
We do not drop-ship.

:: Do you offer samples of your scents?
Once you have registered for a wholesale account, you may purchase one of our wholesale sample packs. Limit 1 per customer. We do not provide samples of styles or sizes of our candles. If you would like to see what a particular style or size of candle looks like, we recommend you purchase out of our retail soy candles shopping area.
You may purchase samples before you place your initial opening order. Orders thereafter will require a minimum first order purchase amount of $200.

:: Do you have a customer service phone number?
In order to keep our costs down and remain competitive in our marketplace, we do not staff a phone line. However, we do have a customer service department that you can reach via email during normal business hours. We suggest you read through our FAQs before sending us an email. If you can not find an answer to your question, please contact our customer service department.

:: Do you offer quantity discounts?
If you would like a quote on a large-quantity order, please contact our customer service department and provide us with the exact number of candles, size, style, and scents, and what zip code you need them shipped to. Failure to provide us with this pertinent information will cause a delay in our response.

:: Shipping
We realize that, due to the price of gas, shipping charges can be substantial. At UniversolAromas.com, we use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping needs, as we have found them overall to be the fastest, least expensive way to ship. At this time, we offer USPS Standard mail, Priority mail and Express (Overnight/2-day) mail, to anywhere in the United States.
At Universol Aromas Soy Candle Company, we pride ourselves on shipping most purchases within 3-5 days. However, during the holiday season (September through January) and with all large orders, we reserve the right to take an additional 7-10 days to ship orders. You will receive an email to let you know if there will be a delay in shipping your order. We appreciate your patience.

:: What is the difference between the premium fragrance and aromatherapy essential oil line of products?
If you are trying to make a decision as to carry our Premium fragrance line on products or our Aromatherapy, pure essential oil line, below is some information that you might find helpful:
Our Premium Fragrance products are made with synthetic fragrance oils and these products tend to be a little more affordable than those made with natural essential oils. We use phthalate-free fragrance oils to scent our Premium Scented line of soy candles and products. Our premium fragrances tend to be much stronger in scent than natural essential oils.
Our Aromatherapy products are made with 100% pure essential oils. Essential oils are highly concentrated extracts from herbs, flowers, seeds, and trees, and are derived by a physical process, such as distillation or cold-pressing. Universol Aromas is one of the only candle companies that use 100% pure essential oils in our Aromatherapy line of products. Mother Nature does not make strong scents such as Blueberry Muffin or Fresh Linen. With that being said, pure essential oil soy candles are much lighter in scent but are thought to be more healthy for one’s burning environment and for the planet.
:: What is an essential oil Synergy Blend?
Our Synergy Blends are a fusion of premium fragrance oils and pure essential oils. All of our candles are made with 100% soy wax, with no dyes or preservatives. Now you can enjoy the best of both worlds with our signature Synergy candle blends.
