Please be careful when handling a lit or recently-lit candle. The containers, especially the tins, get extremely hot! Containers should not be placed on any surface that is sensitive to heat. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Universol Aromas Soy Candle Company does not use lead or metal wicks, therefore, a slight lean might develop at the very top of the wick. Also, "mushrooming" at the top of the wick may occur. Once the candle is unlit and at a cool temperature, trim the wick to 1/4" to prevent excess smoking and wick mushrooming.

All soy candles are not created equal. There can be slight variations in appearance, for example, "frosting" may occur with some candles. We do not use color dyes in our candles, unless otherwise stated. There might be a slight variation from the standard white color, due to the essential oil base of some aromas.
At Universol Aromas Soy Candle Company, we pride ourselves on shipping most purchases within 48 hours. However, during the holiday season (October to December) and with all large orders, we reserve the right to take an additional 7-10 days to ship orders. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product(s), you can return your product(s) in its original condition for a full refund minus shipping, with a written explanation, within seven business days after receipt. After seven days, products are no longer eligible for a refund. Used or altered items are not eligible for a refund. When UniversolAromas.com receives your return, in its original condition, you will be issued a refund for the total price, minus original shipping fees.
