What shipping methods do you use and where do you ship?

We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping needs, as we have found them overall to be the fastest, least expensive way to ship. At this time, we offer USPS Standard mail, Priority mail and Express (Overnight/2-day) mail, to anywhere in the United States and Canada. We realize that, due to the price of gas, shipping charges can be substantial. To help keep your costs down, we do not charge any handling fees and we keep our products marked below market value to help compensate.

At Universol Aromas Soy Candle Company, we are constantly striving to reduce our impact on the planet. We provide electronic receipts for all retail candle and product orders. We do not print paper receipts unless otherwise requested. We reuse all of the packing and shipping materials we receive, including boxes and fill. We use green, 100% recycled and water-soluble corn starch packing peanuts.
